5th Annual Day of Pragati Women Organization
Paralakhemundi : At U-Tech 5th Annual Day & Mothers Day observed.Presided by Kalpana Patnaik President of Pragati women organization, Prof.Anita Patra Registrar of CUTM & Principal of SSD Higher Secondary School, Rayagada Suresh Kumar Sahukar graced as chief guest & chief speaker respectively;where Ranjita Tripathy,Dr.Loknath Mishra head of U-Tech graced as guests of honor.Secretary of the organization Tanuja Satapathy presented secretarial report.Facilitated by adviser Bichitrananda Bebarta speakers lauded the efforts of the organization to lead in the district.With their commitment on social, literary & cultural fields they could empower women from grassroots & signalled those students to build their career. On this occasion they honored Sashirekha Mishra, Ratnamala Patnaik,Ranjita Tripathy,Rama Swain & Renubala Behera for their deemed contributions in various fields & particularly as mother brought optimum recognitions to their children. Welcome address given by Subhashri Bhukta. Besides that debate competition held among sub junior,junior & senior group with a topic on role of mother.Winners got prizes from guests.Anjana Patnaik, Bhagabat Padhi & Itishree Mahapatra evaluated as judges.Rajeswari Swain conveyed vote of thanks.
